On July 20th, I’ll be hiking in the Lake District to support the children of Palestine. (I’ve never done a hike before so could really use your moral support here!) 

We go to protests, we share social media posts, we donate where we can and most importantly, we pray whenever possible for our brothers and sisters living through oppression, apartheid and genocide. While we may need to continue to be patient, know that Allah is the best planner and that in the meantime we can use our hearts to pray, pockets to support, hands to help and feet to hike and raise awareness. 

So if you’d like to help me stay motivated and focused on training, your donations would be greatly appreciated. I pray our efforts, as small or large as they may be are accepted and the people of Palestine will be free. Love and justice will prevail <3
