This year, I’m lacing up my running shoes for the iconic London Marathon, not just for the personal challenge, but for a cause that lies close to my heart – supporting Charity Right in their mission to provide school meals to children in some of the world’s most vulnerable communities, with a particular focus on Palestine.
The story of Palestine, marked by conflict and hardship, is also one of remarkable resilience and hope. Amidst the challenges, the simple act of providing a nutritious school meal can be a lifeline for these children. It’s not just food; it’s a message of care, a spark of hope and a tool for education.
Our efforts extend beyond Palestine. Children in forgotten communities around the world face similar struggles. From conflict zones to regions affected by natural disasters, these children share a common need – the need for stability, nourishmentand the opportunity to learn and grow.
The Impact of Your Donations
Every mile I run in this marathon symbolises a step towards a brighter future for these children, but I can’t do it alone. Your donation can make a world of difference:
- £13 feeds one child school meals for a month.
- £75 feeds one child school meals for six months.
- £150 feeds one child school meals for an entire year.
- £450 feeds three children school meals for an entire year.
