Our approach
Reaching the children who need us most
We believe in delivering school meals where they make the greatest difference. To ensure your support has the biggest impact, we’ve developed a three-step process that guides every one of our life-changing projects.
1 - Identify the need
We find communities where hunger is stopping children from staying in school—whether it’s a rural village in Malawi or a city slum in Bangladesh.
2 - Set up local teams
Our teams on the ground know the area, the culture, and the challenges. They work directly with schools, families, and communities to build long-term solutions.
3 - Build kitchens, deliver meals
From hiring local cooks to establishing dining spaces, we ensure that children receive daily school meals. Our school kitchens lay the foundation for lasting change.
