قال ابن القيم:
(Ùإن للصدقة تأثيراً عجيباً ÙÙŠ دÙع أنواع البلاء، ولو كانت من Ùاجر أو من ظالم بل من كاÙر، Ùإن الله تعالى يدÙع بها عنه أنواعاً من البلاء، وهذا أمر معلوم عند الناس خاصتهم وعامتهم، وأهل الأرض كلهم مقرون به لأنهم جربوه).

قال ابن القيم: (فإن للصدقة تأثيراً عجيباً في دفع أنواع البلاء، ولو كانت من فاجر أو من ظالم بل من كافر، فإن الله تعالى يدفع بها عنه أنواعاً من البلاء، وهذا أمر معلوم عند الناس خاصتهم وعامتهم، وأهل الأرض كلهم مقرون به لأنهم جربوه).

[The amazing impact of charity in repelling hardship]
Ibn ul-Qayyim رØمه الله said:
“For indeed charity has an amazing impact on repelling all types of hardship, even if it was from a wrong-doer or oppressor or even a disbeliever, for indeed AllÄh the Sublime & Most High repels by way of it various types of hardship, and this is a affair known among people, the educated and general folk of them, and all the people of the Earth acknowledge it because they have experienced it.”
