Food for Uyghurs

Having escaped the torture, persecution and effort to ethnically cleanse them from the Earth, thousands of Uyghur Muslims have fled to Turkey. Many of the newly arriving Uyghurs are women and children who have left their families behind to seek security.   Charity Right is running a campaign to sponsor these Uyghur families. The sponsorship is to remove the fear of hunger and the helplessness of not being able to feed themselves and their children.  I am fundraising to provide a vulnerable family with food security for 6 months in shaa Allah . I am hoping over the next few weeks you can help me do this.  We cannot stop their persecution in their homeland, but we can try and help them once they escape. We cannot bring peace to their situation but can remove the fear of hunger and helplessness from their lives. Zakat is eligible.
