October Sudan Trip

Asalamualaiykum Wrwb,

I will be travelling to Sudan IA to visit the Camps and schools set up by Charity Right. This is one of the largest food projects they carry out and we have with your support donated £1000’s over the years. I ask you once again to support me in supporting those the UN has dubbed the “forgotten refugees.”

It’s estimated that eastern Sudan is home to over 100,000 Eritrean refugees. Majority of these refugees live amid conditions the UN once described as “intolerable.”

Frequent drought increase malnutrition rates, kills livestock & crops, and leaves no earning potential. These people lack adequate food and water, and it’s not unusual for some to go days without a meal.

All money raised will provide schoolchildren with nutritious meals whilst they attend school. Thus allowing them to focus on gaining an education without the worry of finding their next meal.

£120 will feed one schoolchild for an entire year
