PURLEY IFTAR – SUDAN HIFDH SCHOOL -Al JUZRI

Salam and welcome to our respected supporters and donors.

As with the past few years our Purley iftaar has been an exceptional platform for us at Charity Right to maintain our promise to our children. These children are extremely special as they have embarked on a journey to study and memorise the quran. Many of our boys are orphans, refugees scarred by war. Alhumdullilah our hifdh schools have given them hope and an opportunity to live their dreams.

Your ongoing donations are an integral part of their lives. Without your support we would be unable to fulfill our promise to ensure every child is fed 3 times a day. Our meals provide them with the nourishment they need to be able to study the quran.

In 2019 your generosity enabled 166 children to continue memorising the quran, 60 of our boys have now completed their hifdh and many more will follow in the next few months.

It’s the month of Ramadan, by far an extraordinary one we are experiencing in our life time. Whilst we are in lockdown, many schools are closed around the world. As our hifdh students live and eat onsite our hifdh schools continue to be open. We humbly request for your help and support with keeping these ‘special’ schools operating for another year. This can act as a sadaqah jariya for a loved one who may have passed or an opportunity for your own reward.

Our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “Seek out the vulnerable among you. Verily, you are only given provision and support due to your support of the weak.”_ (Tirmidhi).

We are looking for blessed individuals to come forward and donate anonymously (if that is what you prefer). Here are the options insha allah

We raised £40,000 last year alhumdullilah, we would be so honoured to give them the good news that their meals have been secured again for the coming year by kind people like you.
