How can we truly sit down and tuck into a lavish iftar without a care in the world, whilst knowing that there are multitudes of children going to sleep hungry? The wealth we have is an amanah (trust) from Allah swt, so let us part with some of this amanah on a noble cause that will bring smiles to innocent children and please our Creator.

This Ramadan I am aiming to raise money for school children in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sudan. Your donations will help provide daily school meals for children who live in some of the poorest areas of the world.

Working with Charity Right for this unique project through Ramadan enables us to reflect on the blessings Allah swat has bestowed upon us, where we are fortunate enough the eat when we desire. Yet, others live a life where they are unsure of when they will have their next meal.

The Qur’an states: “Indeed, the men who practice charity and the women who practice charity and [they who] have loaned Allah a goodly loan – it will be multiplied for them, and they will have a noble reward.” Let’s do some good in the world and help motivate and inspire children- the future of tomorrow.
