As we are coming back from our holiday break and prepare to make it our 2020 resolutions to improve our health and fitness, 50,000 Uyghur refugees in Turkey will struggle to find the means to feed themselves.
Having escaped the torture, persecution and effort to ethnically cleanse them from the Earth, thousands have become refugees fleeing to Turkey.
In 2020, Listers Health are running a campaign to sponsor Uyghur families. The sponsorship is to remove the fear of hunger and the helplessness of not being able to feed themselves and their children.
