Yemen66 appeal
Yemen66 66% of Yemenis cannot afford food. 2 in 3 people are at danger of dying from hunger. Since 2011, Yemen has been suffering. From what began as a ‘revolution’ has now become a humanitarian disaster. In the past 9 years Yemen has gone through a series of conflicts which have destroyed cities, caused the death of thousands and has left millions vulnerable. The armed conflict in Yemen has resulted in the largest humanitarian crisis in the world; parties to the conflict have killed and injured thousands of Yemeni civilians. More than 20 million people in Yemen are experiencing food insecurity; 10 million of them are at risk of famine. We can’t let this continue for another decade. OUR RESPONSE.
