Give your sacrifice to families in Palestine, Malawi and Ethiopia.
Eid isn't the same everywhere! But your sacrifice brings joy and a nourishing meal to families who would otherwise go without.
'So turn in prayer towards your Lord and sacrifice (your offering)'

Families like Laida's should also celebrate Eid al-Adha
Laida and her five children are just some of the 5.4 million in Malawi who suffer from chronic hunger.
Every penny Laida earns goes towards putting food on the table... but even then, it’s never enough and eating meat is rarely an option.
With your Qurbani, let’s ensure every family can celebrate Eid al-Adha. Follow the Sunnah and fulfil your sacrifice today.

Qurbani (also referred to as Udhiyya) honours Prophet Ibrahim’s willingness to sacrifice his son Prophet Ismail out of sheer devotion and submission to Allah. It is the practice of sacrificing livestock animals and distributing a portion to the poor or hungry.
At Charity Right, we will be selecting our student families and those from the wider community in Gaza, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Malawi and Ethiopia for Qurbani. These will be allocated based on their level of poverty and whether they are orphan households.
Many Muslim scholars agree that Qurbani is obligatory to every Muslim who is also eligible to pay Zakat.
Ready to cook Qurbani pouches will be delivered from Egypt or Jordan through our partners in Gaza. This will be either those partners who are active inside Gaza or those who have logistical access to Gaza.
Each pouch will have a shelf-life of up to 18 months. This ensures that families in Gaza are provided with food security for Eid al-Adha and beyond.
Qurbani is performed as part of Eid Al-Adha, which is predicted to fall on Sunday 16th June 2024.
After Eid prayer, sacrifices for Qurbani are made from the morning of the 10th day until sunset of the 13th day of Dhul Hijjah.
