Shehryaar’s Everest Base Camp Challenge 2026!
In November 2026, I’ll be taking on the challenge of trekking to Everest Base Camp—something that will push me physically and mentally more than anything I’ve done before. I’m doing this as part of a group called Muslim Hikers, and as part of the challenge, I’m raising a minimum of £4,000 for charity.
The charity we’re supporting is Charity Right, which provides food to children in some of the most vulnerable communities around the world, such as Palestine and Ethiopia, Right now, so many people in the world are suffering, and it can often feel overlooked.
Through school meals, emergency food packs, and support for families, this charity is helping provide something as basic as food—something many of us take for granted. For these families, it’s not just a meal, it’s a chance to grow and have some stability in incredibly difficult circumstances.
This challenge means a lot to me, not just because of how tough it will be, but because of the impact it can have. I’m aiming to raise at least £4,000, and every donation—no matter how small—can genuinely make a difference.
If you’re able to support, I would really appreciate it. And even if you can’t donate, sharing this page would mean a lot and help me reach more people.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
This project is Zakat-eligible. May Allah (SWT) accept your generosity.
